Privacy

Privacy notice for the early Kizaru pilot stage.

Kizaru Monitor is currently founder-operated and private-pilot oriented. This page explains the public privacy posture in plain language before real customer contracts or a final privacy notice are used.

This is an initial operational draft for public transparency. It may evolve before customer pilots, contracts, or a final privacy notice are used.

What Kizaru may capture

Kizaru Monitor can capture target URLs, screenshots, browser evidence, console errors, network and HTTP failures, page titles, final URLs, timing, and deterministic report output.

Screenshots and URLs can contain personal data or sensitive business details if the checked page displays them.

Sensitive data guardrail

Do not use Kizaru Monitor with secrets, credentials, payment data, health data, private accounts, or other sensitive data unless explicit written authorization and an agreed operating scope are in place.

Early pilots should prefer public pages, fixtures, or safe test data.

Retention today

Current retention is local and manual retention operated by the founder. Evidence is stored as local files during development and pilot review, then deleted manually when no longer needed or when a valid deletion request applies.

The public page is aligned with Kizaru's internal data-retention draft without exposing internal runbooks or customer-specific records.
